Vicsport announces new partnership
with Sports Marketing Australia

Vicsport is excited to announce a new partnership with Sports Marketing Australia (SMA), helping sporting organisations and Local Government Authorities (LGAs) to take the guesswork out of finding the right destination and support for events.

With a relationship base of 950 state, national and international sporting organisations, SMA offers a complete tool kit for its partners. Utilising strategic relationships with 62 LGAs and tourism organisations in both Australia and New Zealand, 590 state, national and international events were successfully placed through SMA in 2022 and the Grants Writing Team secured funding worth over $2.5 million, with the funding allowing Councils and Event Owners to take their events to the next level.
