ELECTION OF DIRECTORS:

In accordance with Vicsport’s rules, 21.2(1)(a),

• In accordance with Vicsport’s rules, 21.2(1)(a) there will be three (3) vacancies on the Board according to the rotation policy whereby three (3) director positions will expire at the 2024 AGM.
• One (1) of the Director positions due for election is occupied by the current Vicsport Chair who will not be seeking re-election at the AGM. Nominations are encouraged from suitably qualified individuals with experience or interest in being considered for this role. Note that the position of Chair is elected from amongst the Board.
