40% Women on Boards Quota ~ 9 Months to Go

As part of Vicsport's ongoing support in assisting sports to reach the 40% Mandatory Board Quotas target by June 2019, this event is for Senior Managers, CEO’s and Chair / Presidents of SSA’s, RSA’s & RAS’s.

As it is now only 9 months out to the quotas deadline, many sports will have one AGM remaining in which to influence the composition of their elected board.

The forum will provide the opportunity to hear from Dr Bridie O'Donnell, Head, Office for Women's Sport & Sport & Recreation Victoria on a policy and industry update regarding the quotas target, get your questions answered, and to engage in discussion.

The workshop will provide the opportunity for funded organisations to give feedback on how they’re addressing the quotas, the issues they are currently faced with and the likelihood of them reaching the quotas. Strategies will then be explored through discussion on what they can undertake to help reach their quota by the June 30, 2019 deadline.
