Life Saving Victoria Female Leadership Network Session 20 - 'Ground Breakers'

Having a vision and seeing it through

We are pleased to announce the 20th session of the Life Saving Victoria (LSV) Female Leadership Network, will feature key presenter and , expert commentator Chyloe Kurdas; who will share her journey through WAFL - Women’s Australian Football League and her instrumental role in the transference of women’s football from an amateur to professional league.


Ground Breakers – Chyloe Kurdas

Chyloe Kurdas is a former All Australian and Victorian representative, and VWFL Premiership captain with Melbourne University, she spent a decade with AFL Victoria building their community and high performance programs in anticipation of the AFLW competition. She is now an expert commentator and writer with Fox Footy, SEN and ESPN. Chyloe credits being one of the first women to play football on the MCG as one of best days of her life.

Joining Chyloe will be Fairhaven SLSC member Isabel Huntington, who will share her journey playing football and future aspirations to play in the AFLW.

This session will explore the power of persistence, reliance, leadership, overcoming adversity and what is required to make something that you are passionate about become a reality.


Session Registration

Session cost is $25 for LSV FLN members and $30 for guests and non-FLN members.

This special session is open to youth members to attend – females 15+

Refreshments will be provided on arrival.
