LEAP & LEAD programs

Day 1 and 2 of Vicsport’s female leadership development programs, LEAP and LEAD. The programs are the next iteration of the successful Professional Development & Mentoring Program (PDMP) – reimagined and revamped to develop female leaders in sport based on recent learnings through the independent Inquiry into Women in Sport and Active Recreation - A Five Year Game Plan (Game Plan Inquiry).
