We all know the importance of data in decision making. Every decision we make for our organisation should be confirmed by evidence. But how do we capture data, make sense of the market research, the resulting data and trends?
At this session you will explore data trends and conduct research on the customer’s needs in order to assist you in developing your existing/new products, services and programs. Additionally, you will gain a greater understanding of how to tap into the collective knowledge, experience and insights of staff, members, innovators, entrepreneurs and community to develop new and innovative offerings.
The aim of this session is for you and your organisation to have a stronger understanding of how to access and activate customer insights to get ahead of trends, identify opportunities and address potential threats.
