Connect & Support Participation Network Session - August

Project Management: Making Effective and Sustainable Change

This Network has been designed to bring together participation and inclusion staff at State Sporting Associations (SSAs), Local Government Authorities (LGAs), Regional Sport Assemblies (RSAs) and other peak bodies.

TOPIC

We will be talking about how we can create meaningful and sustainable change, tips for mastering project management. Plus, we will discuss why project evaluations are so important and how to do them effectively.

We will also have dedicated time for small-group networking, to build on connections made within the network.
