Managing the National Integrity Framework

Learn how to manage complaints, disputes and disciplinary action under the National Integrity Framework and other conduct policies.

With the adoption of the National Integrity Framework (NIF) by many sports, along with other policies to deal with misconduct outside the NIF, there are significant changes to the handling of complaints, disputes and disciplinary action.

Run by Lander & Rogers with the support of Vicsport, this session is available in-person or online and will provide an overview of the new policy landscape, use case studies to guide you in applying the new policies and provide an opportunity to discuss with your colleagues and our experts.

It will:

  • Provide an overview of the NIF and the policies developed by the National Sports Tribunal for misconduct outside the NIF.
  • Explain the processes for handling dispute resolution, complaints and disciplinary action under the NIF and other new misconduct policies.
  • Use case studies to guide you through these processes.
  • Provide key recommendations for Victorian NSO’s & SSO’s in managing the new conduct regimes.

SSO CEO’s, Presidents or senior staff working in integrity and complaints handling are invited to attend, either in person or virtually.

At the end of the session, we will have an open Q&A session where guests can ask questions. Followed by a light lunch and networking opportunity.
