Child Safe Standards Small Group Workshop #3
An opportunity for SSAs and RSAs to workshop challenges/opportunities about the implementation of the Child Safe Standards.
Following on from the Child Safe Standards Industry Forum in late 2019, Vicsport will be running a series of small group workshops that will focus on your organisation's unique requirements and encourage continued efforts to create consistent child safe cultures across Victorian sport.
The workshop will include:
- Networking.
- Information sharing about successful child safe strategies.
- Workshop activities to address common challenge areas. This will be tailored to the challenges we ask you to highlight during the registration process.
- Updates from Vicsport on the pending Child Safe Standards legislation changes.
Places are limited to 12 people per workshop with a maximum of two places per organisation.
Your sport is only required to attend one of the workshops.
Note: the small group workshops are only available to state sport associations, regional sports assemblies and state sport and recreation bodies.
