Recap & videos – Supporting Clubs and Deliverers

Forty staff from SSP/RSP funded organisations attended the latest group workshop on 20 September at Sports House. Click through for the summary and video highlights.

With the State Sport Program and Regional Sport Program now into the final year of delivery, most organisations are beginning to think about what success looks like beyond June 2018. Crucial to long term sustainability of participation programs is the successful involvement of clubs, coaches, private businesses and other deliverers.

Therefore, the first SSP/RSP Workshop for 2017-18 was all about motivating and supporting clubs and deliverers to achieve success. Vicsport partnered with Sports Community to deliver two workshops on the day:

  • Morning: motivating clubs and deliverers
  • Afternoon: developing a marketing toolkit for clubs and deliverers.

You can view highlights of some of the presentations by Vicsport and Sports Community below. Vicsport would like to thank VicHealth for their support.
